> Powell & Aucello is a Honolulu-based hotel real estate advisory and brokerage firm that works exclusively in Hawaii's hospitality market. Founded in 2020 by principals Tim Powell and F. Kevin Aucello, the firm advises hotel owners, investors, developers, lenders, and global brands on sales, acquisitions, valuations, feasibility, development, and franchise/management negotiations.

The firm pairs roughly 80 combined years of experience across hotel finance, brokerage, development, and brand management. Its principals previously held senior roles at Hilton, Marriott, Outrigger, CBRE Hotels, and the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan.
